What is the process?
1. Initial Meeting Online
I start with a 30 minute call to find out what your requirements are and make initial introductions and plans. This is where I discover your unique identity and what you like and don’t like. This is where you would pay the 50% deposit for the project.
3. Weeks 1-4
In week one I will get your home page designed and agreed, in week two I focus on building the other internal pages. In week three I look at revisions and minor changes and then I finish up on week four with basic SEO, third party and social media integrations and mobile design.
2. Send content
Once I have established your requirements it’s time for you to start sending your content and images over for the various navigation sections such as services, about, products, pricing, news etc…These would have already been prewritten by you or a professional copywriter. If this fills you with dread we can talk it through and find a solution for you. No problem.
4. After the launch
Once your website is up and running I will send you a video showing how to get around the back office and make changes going forward, I will also hand over the ownership of the website to you. This is when you pay the remaining 50% for the project.
Packages
The number of pages you will need depends very much on what type of business or organisation you are and what you want the website to do. What sections would you need? (i.e. Home, About, Services). Will you be selling anything from the website? Will you require people to book classes or appointments?
The price of the package is very dependant on the number of pages and the answers to the above questions along with many others. To help, we have designed a website questionnaire which you can access below.
Bronze Package
Website 1-5 pages

Fully designed and hosted website for a solo business or organisation. Can be maintained by Kaiō on completion or transferred to the client. Ideal for sole traders (plumber, bricklayer, decorator) and solo entrepreneurs.Silver Package
Website 6-10 pages

Fully designed and hosted website for most small business enterprises or organisations. Can be maintained by Kaiō on completion or transferred to the client. Ideal for small businesses 1-5 people.Gold Package
Website 11-20 pages

Fully designed and hosted website for medium sized businesses or organisations. Can be maintained by Kaiō on completion or transferred to the client. Ideal for businesses that require appointment scheduling or classes such as gyms, restaurants, estate agents etc..Platinum Package
Website 21+ pages
£POA
For more advanced websites such as e commerce or sites that may require an integrated CRM functionality, we would need to create a bespoke solution that would require extensive consultation before agreeing on a price. NOTE: hosting, ongoing maintenance and domain name purchasing costs are not included in the prices above. A page consists of a maximum of 1000 words and 10 sections.
