Frequently Asked Questions
Do You Offer Non Digital Marketing Services?
No, we only offer digital marketing services as displayed on our website. I want to provide the best possible service for my clients.
How Much Does It Cost?
It really does depend on the scope of what is required. For your tailor made solution simply fill in the contact form on our contact page for a free consultation.
Will I be tied into a contract?
No, our standard services such as SEO, social media management and website maintenance do not require a contract, they are booked on a monthly rolling agreement that you can cancel at any time and there are no hidden fees. For website design, a one time fee is agreed for the entire project with no other hidden or ongoing fees.
What do you mean by cancel anytime?
We mean that you can cancel the monthly service (i.e. SEO, social media management, website maintenance) at any time and you will only be required to pay for the current month you are in. For example: if it’s February and you decide to cancel, you would only need to pay for February only.

Why is the business called Kaiō
Many years ago I attended an event called Kaiō and really liked the simplicity of the name, just four letters. I’ve always liked short names and remember feeling the same way about IKEA when I first saw it. I’ve been told that Kaiō means “to set alight” in Greek which is pretty cool. Apparently when the two disciples encountered Jesus on the road to Emmaus and they said “Did not our hearts burn within us as he talked to us along the road” (Luke 24:32), the word “burn” there is “Kaiō” in Greek.
